For those of us who have hit the current level cap, congratulations! There is a group who run the Daily heroics and Regular quests, sometimes we are not on at the same time or able to be on. When circumstances like that arise, we like to PuG for Heroics. ToC is a favorite of ours to attempt. If ever one of you want to run something, you can do it one of three ways:
1. Set up an event on the calendar, mark who is invited and set a time, this is the best method for myself personally since I am married and have a family.
2. Make a thread on here that discusses Heroic, regulars, and raids that you would like to experience. This method is also desirable for those of us who have outside commitments.
3. Spontaneous Grouping. This method is not as desired due to people's own agendas. Someone might feel like running Heroic Nexus and think there is enough on to do it, however the person you thought could heal, might be leaving in 10 minutes. I think you know what I mean...
So in conclusion, ask at anytime if you feel like you want to try for a particular piece of gear, or just experience something in the game that you might have missed. And do not be afraid to PuG anything unless you signed up for something that would hinder you from participating in that event with the guild.
